Wow. I feel so accomplished today (not to mention tired). It's such a good feeling that I don't always get to experience everyday. But I'm getting ahead of myself... Let's start at the beginning. In the morning, I woke up at 6:15 AM. I felt wide awake when I turned off my alarm then went back to sleep til 6:50 AM. At school, before my classes started, I tackled Colin in the band hall and was hooked to him for 15 minutes. I couldn't stop hugging him. ^_^ BTW, I felt like a jerk yesterday because I couldn't understand Andra's message. All I heard was 'Gracie'. I thought that either a person or (for some odd reason) her hamster died. I didn't put 2 and 2 together.;_; Sorry. Feel better...!
The project that I'm working in art involves a skeleton model that I found in the classroom. I think somebody amputated its leg... Now that I almost have all of the organs made, I need to finish labeling the bones. I actually am pretty happy that I'm excited about my project. It's been so long since I've done any artwork. Yay!
I seem to have become the leader for the track distance team even though I didn't ask for it. I suppose it's not bad. At least they're listening to me well. Too bad that I had no clue what I was talking about when it came to our agenda for today. Eh... Ah well... I'll be more responsible tomorrow. Stage crew was the highlight of my day. There was a lot to do but I didn't realize it when I arrived at the auditorium. I sneaked away for 30 minutes and ended up playing around with Devin and Russell. When Russell and I were talking about middle school and how I couldn't smile all the way back then (I couldn't show my teeth while smiling), Russell said that I looked cute when I smiled back then. -^_^- Aww...
Later, I had some experience with a power saw and an impact wrench (this is the part where I smile mischievously). That was fun but I ended up slicing off 3 bolts in the process. O.o; Yeah, now I'm looking forward to the part where I paint the buildings with a brick layout! I'm so optimistic that failure doesn't scathe me. Anyway, I have to take a shower. Bye-bye for now!
